Change is always occurring in Dr Who but I think we can safely that, excepting from the last 7th Dr ep 2 the Movie + from the movie 2 2005, the 2010 series has seen the most changes. New year, decade, Dr, head writer, prducer, xec producers, writers, production ppl, set, logo etc, and with all that I think its right + proper that there should b a renumbering of the series

True. sometimes they go wrong, but Doctor Who essentially reinvents itself almost every story by having a new setting each time. Thats why I believe the show could literally go on forever
