Exactly if anything I am too left side as I work the ball towards 180. Almost falling off center, if I had a little more weight in my right hip on the catch into the counter at zero there would have been a much more dramatic acceleration and a less 'sloppy' right foot contact through the catch and release.
(A) a 'true' drag position there has to be right side to center / right lower deviation / separation. Meaning the right elbow is behind the right knee on the step 180. Don't confuse a separation on the catch as long as the right knee doesn't continue to rotate a head of the right elbow.
B.) Drag? a little but its an illusion due to my left chin over the center line of the body and late placement on two creating a look of (sit-away) on release that goes back to point
I thought Jud hit 82 on a two turn... I might have heard him wrong though. When i talked to him, He was in the middle of telling me that im not strong enough to two turn it and that i need to either get stronger or do 3 lol. Good 'ol blunt Jud Logan
Astonishing - with only two turns. You put the wider foot placement to good use. I'm impressed. Ahh, I now see you are a 73+m HT man.

drag? what are you talking about?
it almost looks as if the weight is ahead of your turn and then you catch it on the final turn before releasing

This made me change my weight throw to two turns. I might slowly start doing a toe and two heels...
beast of a throw nevertheless

jmm121884 4 years ago
That is not a world record but it is damn good. Kibwe has the record with 25.08 meters.

you didnt read what I said.. I said... A 2 TURN world record... AS in The farthest thrown on TWO TURNS alone.....
second, kibwe doesnt have the record, Lance deal has it.
jmm121884 4 years ago
Jud Logan has the farthest 2 turn @ 80'. I believe Derek Woodske is second best at 79'. He also has an 80-81' foul on his next throw.
