tip! take TYLENOL before you go in for the braces.

gum. well get ADA approved gum (like orbit) and you should be good :)

i have REALLY sensitive teeth so every time i get them tightened it can be sore for up to a week and a half.but im just a big whiny baby :D

WAX! buy like 2 like packets and those should last you A WHILE. i still haven't used all my wax in the first little container because i just toughed it out
