It's not a movie... it's a set of "teaser" episodes (10-20 minutes long) dealing with many of the characters. Raiden, Johnny Cage, Sub Zero and Scorpion, Kano, Sonya and Jax, etc.

They were all really good, but it's NOT a movie and there's only a little bit of plot. It was mostly a bit of backstory.

(The real Sub-Zero's little brother) which disguised himself as Sub-Zero to fool Scorpion into thinking he was never dead and entered the tournament to avenge his brother's, mother's and sister's death.
