You might like Dr. Fuhrman's protocol. He really has a great program based on nutrient density. Fasting is OK but you must not continue a diet that will keep on causing the same problems over and over again. Take care and good luck to you!
I am on day 5 of a 7 day water only fast. I have a rash all over my body and it's itching really bad, but I try not to scratch it. I think it's part of the healing crisis. I'm determined to make it through to the end. I've done 7 day and 10 day fasts before and I always end up feeling great after I'm done and food tastes so much better.
@Holistichealth100 - I had to break my fast after 6 days because I was starting to get hungry and I had a really bad rash. Whenever I fast, I always get a bad rash, but this time it was worse and I was worried. I also realized that I don't have to detox all at once, and can do several shorter fasts as well. Today is my third day eating and I feel really good. I'm glad I did it, and am trying to eat more healthy foods now and exercise.
Antibiotics are extremely dangerous, the modern ones are very strong, invasive and hard to kill and get rid of. In my experience it takes months of a cleansing diet along with consistent body cleansings. Good results come from the very beginning of a cleansing diet though.
Chewing fresh ginger root along with pure water has helped me to get rid of a sore throat.
Rinsing the sinuses several times a day with pure water and sea salt has been helpful to me in keeping them clear.
I just finished a five-day fast. I broke it two days ago and have felt so crummy since breaking it! I feel like I probably needed a longer one. Thank you for doing Vlog.
Don't be too hard on yourself though :) 5 days is a long time, but I know what you mean. Longer fasts cleanse and heal even deeper...but you can still gain benefits in between fasts by eating pure foods and drinking lots of water. Friend, you are doing such wonderful things for your body health-wise. Keep up the great work :)
I thought the symptoms might have resurfaced. I'm glad they went away for you.
