I will say I completely relate to this song.... as the person he is singing about.... My ex hubby never wanted to be home never acted like he loved me or our kids so after 5 yrs of marriage and 8 yrs of being together with 2 young babies in tow I left... Maybe I should have showed him but then there were times I dont think it would have changed anything.... I still love him but I am happier in my new relationship then I was with him.... Maybe his next relationship will be better too....

I'm pretty sure the tear was a tear of happiness. She never cried tears of pain or sorrow and let him 'get to her', but she was finally with a man who gave her tears of joy.. Hence, 'she never cried in front of me', and 'now I - can see why - she's finally crying'. (she was finally HAPPY)

Even songs and parodies he sang after sinatra already died still sinatra gets the credit. I guess he is still recording from beyond the grave, lol.
