@bigskymind81 You can order the speaker with light, medium, heavy, or pre-rola doping to eliminate that problem.

that 12A150 Weber is maybe their best speaker overall, and the Chicago 15 Ceramic is brilliant too, this sort of sound but handles any amount of power without getting harsh or 'jumpy' like the California.

did you find that switching the speaker to an AlNiCo helped tame the harshness of the el84 top end?

Very nice. I just got my Blue Velvet two days ago.... only mine is GREEN!!! Has a matching green extension cab. Got em' both for $600. These amps are incredible.

This soft tone does not sound with the other amplifiers.
