Censorship in todays climate is essentially associated with the immoral and arbitrary suppression and withholding of vital information from the the public with the intention of furthing the susspresors agenda.
But when media outlet hold great wight over who will be nominated, there exclusion of potential candidates in any party could be damning to said candidates campaign. I know the internet is a wonderful and democratic tool but in reality a vast majority of the voting citizenry will only be exposed to candidates that are allowed on television. And television is owned by a few monopolies with heavy government ties. Not exactly fair when private corps get to ultimately pick who will be president.
A private organization cannot "censor" anything. Only the government can "censor" things. Being left out of a privately run debate is not censorship. A private media organization can choose to show or not show whatever they want. It's simply choice, not censorship. Mike Gravel is insane.

Gravel is for people in US determining what their government does and doesn't do. That's called national sovereignty. His plan is called the National Initiative....NOT the Global Initiative. National Initiative will allow ordinary people to make laws just like Congress. You make the rules instead of voting for someone in hopes that they will make the rules you like. Has it worked so far?
