going no where? david hodges wrote songs for upwards of 10 mainstream bands/artists and has a band of his own. he just normally plays alt rock and what not, so this isnt his style at all, but atleast he has the guts to attempt it and pull it off bareably. i dont see any other rap artists trying to pull off rock music or rock artists pulling off rap.
