I used After Effects CS3. The editing in this is pretty simple, I'm sure you could accomplish the same thing with iMovie or something similar.

I procrastinated finishing up my homework for a Philosophy course which I took a year ago. The teacher for that course has since died (she was already old), and I'm still yet to do it (hence, the incomplete "I" remains on my transcript).

Anyway I suggest that you try to create a weekly routine for yourself. Most important - social anchors. Join a community that meets regularly. Basketball Teams, Discussion Clubs, "work" - that makes you feel better and getting things done in a certain area. From there you can design 10-minute-action-frames in which you do the rest. I got over it.
