  • @kyebean the eternal creative energies that form everything in the universes. durka durr.

  • The Source purposefully created women with wombs therefore giving women absolute control over childbirth. It is the woman's choice and only the woman's choice to chose to abort or bring the fetus to fruition. The Source chose women and gave us control over populating the Earth. The patriarchy will soon fall and with great success we will rise again to fix all the damage it's created.

  • @babylonblush LOL what the fuck is the source?

  • The fact that it's your coochie, doesn't make burning a babies skin to death acceptable. It also took his dick to make the child.

  • I don't care for abortion in the least, but I have to agree with him as far as the rights go.

  • It's not really about the who owns the baby, it' about who owns the woman's body. That would be herself and herself only.

That would be herself. If men could get pregnant, I'd support their right to abort. As that's not the case, I cannot approve of a man being able to force a woman to either have an abortion nor to force her to give birth.

However, if a man doesn't want the baby I think he should be able to sever financial responsibility at the cost of custody and visitation rights.

  • The father doesn't have to endure pregancy so the mother being the patient having bodily rights is not the same thing as equality in parental status. Paternal rights and reproductive rights are not identical. The father having equal parental rights once the child is born is not the same thing as him having equal bodily rights when it's not his body.

  • @loveshistory Why shouldn't a man have an equal right to not become a parent? Why should an accidental and unwilling sperm donor be forced into the immense responsibility of parenthood just because their condom broke and they didn't thoroughly interview their date on her abortion views?

  • ---You feel it is Ok to violate a woman's body and her person by requiring an abortion simply to remedy what you imagine to be an injustice.

----Have you really thought this through? There wouldn't be much time for decision making. Absent the woman's cooperation, how could you know when she's pregnant? or who the father is?

---Pregnancy is neither shared, nor divided, between the sexes. That is why women, not men, have the final say on abortion / childbearing.

  • And i also realize that tax payers money will probably have to be used to support the child if they chose to keep the baby. Say child support for a kid is 400 a month. With millions of people paying tax that's like less then a cent each person, The price for equality is that low LOL..

There's also the fact that this won't happen often.

  • @thecreepyguy

---Fine, you and those who are willing to pay that tax are free to do so. I don't want to pay for someone else's night of fun. And my guess is not too many other people will want to either.

----My idea of equality is one where people are responsible for their actions and deeds (sex can create children). You all are complaining about choices you barely comprehend and don't have anyway.

  • "You all are complaining about choices you barely comprehend and don't have anyway. "

    Wtf is this?

    Respect = gone.

  • @thecreepyguy

----I suppose you want to tell me you know how having an abortion (or a child) makes a women feel. And I suppose you can tell me it's like a walk in the park for her. Or perhaps you have no idea, and your entire argument is based upon fantasy.

  • My entire argument is based upon fantasy? Based on what?

Respect = gone because it had absolutely nothing to do with the debate

What choice was i not comprehending and complaining about?

  • ---The fantasy I am talking about is this notion that abortion is an easy choice.

  • A valid point although i don't see how i was "complaining" about abortion.

The male abortion will be require heavy regulation to be fully effective and not step on the rights and choices of minorities, Men are only minorities to women, Thus their needs should be addressed first in regards to the male abortion and then with further regulation it allows fairness to pro life and or women who won't have an abortion even if their child will be raised without a father.

  • If you want to argue with the video maker then do so, Don't make them replies to me and assume i share the same beliefs as he.

  • "And my guess is not too many other people will want to either. "

So it's okay to use tax payers dollers for equality for women but not for men?

  • @thecreepyguy

----Will this spending be limited to women and children who are newly deserted? Will you raise enough to benefit those women who have been raising children w/o male support for years? Since you love equality, how retroactive will this funding be?

---To me it sounds like special pleading on your part.

  • Without male support? No, Obviously the male abortion would be new legislation and if it had been effective years ago many cases of what you are talking about wouldn't have happened, Because the father would have had other options.

This wouldn't apply to men who already had kids either, So I'm not one sided, At least in the retroactive respect.

  • ---So your saying government money should support your sexual play, but it shouldn't be used to support women who have already been left behind.

    ----Sounds like special pleading.....

  • Selective reading?

I also said it wouldn't support men who had already paying 18 years of child support who wouldn't be with the new legislation, But yeah I'm totally all about benefiting the menz and I'm completely one sided.

  • ---You want the government to support your unplanned children. But you don't seem to want to fund everyone else's unplanned kids.

    ----This amounts to special pleading......

  • It is not me having unplanned kids so why are you referring to me in second person?

    I merely support equality.

And even if what your saying is true and that would be bad on my part, It's not sex specific discrimination which seems to be the gist of your argument against me.

It would be impossible to tell what kids would have been aborted and what kids wouldn't have been supported BEFORE this legislation, Simply impossible. That is why fathers who already have kids can't be helped.

  • ----There are many single mothers in the USA. Why should those funded in the name of "equality" for example by "the male abortion" get money from the state while other equaly needy women don't? This kind of double standard, whether apparent or actual, will doom your effort. ----Your effort might be viewed as racist...

  • You talk of the single mothers in the usa but fail to mention single fathers who aren't allowed to see their children and other fathers who would not be paying child support right now if this legislation was in act sooner.

In short you only show concern for females plight,Ignoring males, This is not the first time either, This indicates bias.

So no you can't look at my views as sexist, Or your recent efforts have just badly failed, How do you plan to call my views racist i wonder..

  • ---You will have to sell your position politically. Since most of the men using this program will be White, charges of racism are posibile. No matter the specifics, you will come under attack. You will be spending taxpayers money to payoff past lovers. Worse still, you have expressed no ability nor any interest in helping pre-existing single parents (mostly women) receive additional funding and support.

    -----

  • Um...

"Since most of the men using this program will be White"

    What?

  • Of course i will come under attack, Equality for men isn't worth 5 cents of their tax paying money to most people

    Amiright?

  • ----I see the problem as one of context. What you are proposing is a substantial welfare system. Not too long ago the USA had one. Rebuilding it would be tough. Rebuilding it for the purposes you have outlined would be even tougher.

  • When has the USA ever had a system like the one i am proposing? that gives men equal or equivalent choice in regards to reproductive rights? Unless you were referring to child support from the tax payers... Which as i said will probably be something like 5 cents, And when has it happened before?

  • ---The USA once had an extensive welfare program. It grew out of the Great Depression but was ended by Bill Clinton. Is nominal focus was upon women and children but it could help support children born out of wedlock. Notably, it reduced the need for having a man around.

  • Haven't done any research into that but from the sounds of it, It did not reduce the need for having a man around it removed it, Along with removing the need for having a woman around.

  • ----Certain Black intelectualls such as Shahrazad Ali have made this argument. They see welfare as having damaged the Black family. I suppose government money would reduce a woman's need for male support. Still, I think men are worth more than mere money.

  • @IbnSheba

Welfare may have damaged the black family (I don't know because I'm not black) But family court bias in awarding women custody of children like 90% of the time would have been far more damaging in my opinion.

  • ----This is a long complex story. For the moment just let me say I don't believe child custody should be determined by anyone's gender. But I am not saying 50/50 either.

---I belive child custody should reflect the roles that existed within the marriage. If a man worked, the women was a house wife/ mother then I think she should get the child. The same should work in reverse. For a marriage with more shared duties joint custody sounds pretty good.

    Peace

  • Also.. It shouldn't be too difficult to sell it to the public, The message will be EQUALITY. Because that is EXACTLY what it is. And if they don't buy it then that will be VERY telling at how misandrist/uncaring of mens issues society is.

  • And i can't believe you are still trying to make me out as a sexist, I know my own arguments, You can class them as unfair but if you want to try to make it seem like my views are only harming women then you are going to get nowhere, Because it simply isn't the case. It also hurts Pre-existing child support payers (mostly men)

3rd time you have shown no concern as to how something could effect men.

  • ----My focus is on the politics of this proposal (not that I favor it). The point is it's going to look like a lot is being done just to support the sex lives of certain White males. Is this perception fair? Will your proposal be seen as fair? Better still, how will you cope with CNN giving an interview to one of the needy souls who didn't benefit from your proposal?

  • You don't favor equality?

And you STILL have not told me how white males are going to benefit more then black males, Or asian males or hispanic males. It is blind to race, As every man will have use of the option, If some men use it more then others then i don't see how that is a result of unfairness, Rather then choice.

Equality sounds fair in my eyes, Which will be the selling point.

  • ---You seem to have a firm grip on facts and reality. But if it's politics you wish to discuss, then you change your whole mindset. I never said the charge was fair- only that it might be raised against you.

---You will, after all, be very selective in who you give USA funding to. Giving out money to some -but not every- single mother will generate a lot of envy. Best of luck....

  • Hmm... I don't see how pre existing single mothers deserve tax funded child support when they are already receiving child support from the father, If they aren't then that is illegal.

Ty for your good wishes but I'm actually not living in america right now and i only debate it's politics because i will probably move there soon and my father is currently living there.

  • How will i cope with the needy souls who didn't benefit? Hmm.. Good question.

For the men who will have to pay child support for another 10 years or so because they were unlucky enough to have a child before this legislation... How would that be my fault? If i had the power to change laws at the wave of my hand then i would and and the male abortion would have been written into law long ago.

That would be my answer to those men.

  • To the women who haven't received child support I'd say this... Right now that is illegal so why they aren't suing is beyond me, But is their fault for not doing so.

  • I believe in 100% sovereignty of ones body, This belief trumps even my belief in equality.. So i don't think men should have the right to abort so long as pregnancy is happening in someone elses body. I do think that should be entitled to something called the "male abortion" which is basically termination of a fathers rights AND obligations to an unborn child. ONLY wile the mother still has the option to abort.
