it is easier if you turn your wheel 90 degrees the oppasite way that you are spinning then qucikly snap them the way you want to go so that it gives you a quicker and easier turn

to get the back wheel up on a bunny up is to point your toes downwards so you can get better traction on the pedals then simultaneously kick the pedals backward and upward to bring the rear tire up with your feet.... I managed to do a bunny hop in 1 week... but about 1feet high on a bmx and about half of that on a mtb... :D

to show you that if your wheel is high then the bike spins faster thyan if is low..watch the pole thing and see where his body is and how quick it spins, that is the same basic idea as the wheel..
