The easiest way to grow... I have to say it's by eating Mushrooms. Not just any kind, but the kind that's red with white spots that Super Mario eats. Ever seen them? I think they are sold for 3 dollars a pound at Vons. They go fast, though. If you get your hands on them, you grow and can smash blocks with your head when you jump
