Oh my gosh. I am shedding a tear right now because I finally found this show. As a little boy growing up in Barbados in the 80's, I would watch this cartoon religiously. during adulthood, there would be times when I would unconsciously start humming the ma ma maaa part of the song. For a boy growing up on a little island, this show broadened my imagination and expanded my mind to the possibilities in life. Thank you Jason Templer and macron 1.

Yeah besides Peter Cullen, I think I recognized Cam Clarke as Jason? Also the American version was retarded, they actually took two separate animes and combined them into one, to get that "parallel universe" bullshit. I always thought it was weird when I watched it as a kid, ha ha.

Peter Cullen aka Optimus Prime lended his voices to many series in the 80's out there.

This intro was not the one used in Italy...In Italy this show was identical to the Japanese one in every part exepct for the ending theme, wich was a cut&paste video of the last episode's 5 minutes. In Italy this show was named "Gotriniton" and it was kept true to the original.
