What happens when two masked men ??? If we seriously worried about all the what ifs we would not walk out the door. Sure many laws are good and serve benefit our communities in many ways. But Gold parties what in the H.... are they thinking! I haven't ever even heard of one of these so called Gold parties. This must be a very serious problem in SC. Every time I turn around someone else is embarrassing me for being a resident of SC. Thanks for adding to that count.

He should not be allowed to work on such laws when he directly benefits from gold sales. Weeding out the competition. Fearmonger. Provide data as to how many "gunmen" have actually hit these parties.

Dumb Lawmaking!!! All these laws do is complicate the lives of honest people. Dishonest people are doing business as usual.  My City... Summerville SC doesn't allow gold to be melted; eliminating an honest jeweler who makes jewelry from performing his craft. these laws are because people would rob places and melt the gold down as they are drove away thus preventing the source of stolen gold from being traced.
