Hi, I'm here again with a new question: if I want to create a slide show to see on TV at home, upload it on a pen drive, what option should I choose? thanks
Hi. Great product. Best slideshow app ive ever used. I have a few questions. #1: how do I use alpha transparency on images? Ive been trying to use clipart image, and using a .gif wont work either, still has a white box around the image. #2: is there anyway to have slides that over lap each other? Im trying to create a continuous animation sequence that continues onto another slide.
@ce3jay Hi there. ProShow will read the transparency in .psd and gif files. If you're having trouble with a .gif file you may need to contact our support department and send them the file in question. Yes, you can overlap two images in a slide. Drag and drop your first image onto the Slide List, then select your second image, hold down the CONTROL button on your keyboard and drop it onto the first image. This will combine both images onto one slide.
Great!!!! I have 2 problems: #1 my SO is SEVEN 64bit: than a relaise 64 bit, #2 i'm italian and my english is not very well, exist an italian version?
I follow someone who uses this and always enjoy and appreciate the beauty and the effects of ProShow! Thanks for this great promo of its many features!
Greetings, This product is excellent, now I have a problem: I make a project of 5 min with transitions and images but at 2:30 minutes the track stops but everything else continues to run how can I can solve this problem? Thanks for your help
@MrEdwingt Hi there, shoot us an email and one of our reps will help you with this issue. You can contact us via our website, just click the Help button in the top right of the screen.
@carstorm85 Using any key gens, cracks or other ways of pirating this software is illegal. If you'd like to purchase ProShow, please visit the Photodex website. Pirating software is illegal and punishable by law.
@minajackym That effect is created using several keyframes in ProShow Producer. Each layer is added to the slide at slightly different times so they appear to 'flash' in. We then used keyframes to 'shake' the layers and adjustment keyframing to turn them from black and white to color! This effect was created a few years ago, the new ProShow Producer 4.5 has similar effects built-in that simulate camera flashes and such. check it out on our site and always feel free to contact us for help!
I just bought the producer. I have been using gold for 3 years now and have finally moved into the big leagues. I am so excited with all the new slide styles and learning about keyframes. Thanks.
@onlyteck25 The only place you can buy ProShow is directly from Photodex! Please visit our website at photodex(dot)com for information on how to purchase.
@mhsapbiodwyer Sorry but we have no plans for a Mac OS X version at this time. Please consider running Windows on your Mac using Boot Camp or an emulator. You also have the option of using ProShow Web as an alternative.
@PhotodexCorporation that is too bad, because you guys are missing out on many potential buyers including myself:). I guess I will be using PulpMotion instead
hi, i made a video on proshow just now and i uploaded it on youtube. but when i check my youtube, its not there? but the proshow said its uploaded already. how?
yesterday i did my first official project for my niece's party, and i sat for 11 hours working on it, this program is so fun...and once u get the hang of keyframes and timing its a joy to use proshow...although i'm still learning tho
@karinchic If you still haven't figured it out, feel free to give our support group a call. They're available seven days a week. Call 1-800-377-4686 or email support(at)photodex(dot)com.
I have a PHOTODEX PRO-SHOW for over 3 years now, I still have the key code. Can I buy an upgrade on that? I see on your demo video that it is in HD Format is that available on the upgrade also? I still use Windows XP and 2000 OS due to most of my software editors are older but worth to keep. I do like your new Editor Software on this demo that's why I'm still leaning to upgrade my PRO-SHOW for burning a DVD HD. What is the OS required as far as Windows OS on your new GOLD 4 Edition?
@zipluck Yes, any previous owner of ProShow can upgrade to the latest version. Each upgrade will give you a further year's worth of upgrades too. HD support is available in the latest version, and it runs on Windows XP and 2000.
Be aware that a DVD won't support HD. This is due to the limitations of the DVD format and not ProShow. For HD you can either output to Blu-ray or a video file. For more info, contact our support group at 1-800-377-4686 or email support(AT)photodex(dot)com.
First of all, very nice video. Very inspiring to me as a photographer. Also if I may ask, where did you get the "breaking glass" video effect from at the 0:17 marker of this video?
@acidfrogg Thanks for your feedback! This is done by using a video file as a mask. There are many royalty-free video clips of similar effects that can be used when making your shows. Just import the clip and convert it into a mask.
Waooooooo I am surprised because I have never seen something like this. I really liked the kind of effects, transicions, how photos move from one side to another, the kind of music that is nice and peaceful, how 3 photos can be combinated on the screen or how photos can be cut in 3 parts. Well I do not have words to explain how I fell. Please how can I get that program? and what are the requirements on my computer for intalling?
@lordliberal Please visit our website for ordering information as well as the system requirements. You can download a fully-functional trial version there as well. Just visit photodex(dot)com.
very good proshow!
Saludos.
The music used for this show is Natural Impulse and Hidden Away by Dan Phillipson, Drive by Dan Gatreau, and Electropulse. The first three are available from Shockwave-Sound and Electropulse is available from Stock20.
This program is AWESOME! I'm going to order it online right now. I've been using Nero Photoshow and I'm so disappointed. This program took slideshow and video editing to a whole new level. THANKS for sharing!

is this a purely slideshow app or also a movie editor?
