The reason Italians are dark is because Moors (Moroccans) invaded Sicily and Italy and southern Spain about a millenium ago, and also south Europeans are quite dark because of the Ottoman empire (Turkish and Middle Eastern). So it's not that Middle Eastern men look Mediterranean, it's more like Mediterranean men ARE part middle eastern / moorish

Everyones abs are shaped different and if you look at the different models some aren't symetrical and it just happens that his abdominal muscles are shaped in the usual way.
