  • Dude no offense, but you got bad genetics brah. I mean you look good with a pump, but I'd recommend a new gym routine. Seems like 5-6 days a week is overkill. Working out too much is counterproductive. You're abs aren't that defined and your delts dont seem that defined either. Sorry for the strong critique, just tryna help. You should do more compounds in your routine like deadlifts on back day, military press for shoulder day, and pullups instead of lat pulldowns. Your a cool dude though man.

  • scott, i've been following "rashnu's" fitness tips: two minute abs and two minute buns and thighs. i've also bought a dvd of the "zumba" workout. i haven't got cut at all. well, accept for my bf flinging biting comments about me getting fat. wtf am i doing wrong?!?! lol. luv u dude.

  • Scott, I know it doesn't work, but please demonstrate the "Shake Weight" to us, prove to us it doesn't work, please make sure that you are not wearing a shirt, and oiling up your body might not be a bad idea either, you don't want your skin to dry out.   • @IISTBIGII DIET - there is only so much exercise before you realize that what you eat the main reason. Unfortunately these fitness experts think that exercise is the main way to do that, and its not. 75% of your weight issues are DIET!!!!

  • @TheKingJarrett There is a book called "My Stroke of Insight" by Jill Bolton Taylor. It might be too close still, but I think it helps cope with stroke. Dr. Taylor was a neurologist who had a stroke and wrote a book about it.

  • @nickgreu4ever Start slowly. Buy "Perfect Push Up", and do 20 or 30 push ups in between study sessions. Gradually your desire for more will create the time, for where there is a will, there is a way. Best of luck to you in all that you do.

  • @bkballer113 lol, yes, why wouldnt it work? Make sure they are too bulky, but choose your right weight and do what you can do. It will give you great gains, but do the right workouts with them.

  • CASBAH Nightclub at Trump's Taj Mahal. The Donald did this one just right. No other dance club in Atlantic City can compare. The lines can be long but well worth it once you get in. Good drinks and great looking people. Its about time this city got some life into it!

  • Scott, thanks for the update again. Also, I just picked up the Men's Health Big Book of Exercises. I was wavering on buying yet another book listing exercises, until I spotted you as the model for the chapter on chest. Congrats on being featured in the lead chapter, and for a key set of muscles. One question though: Why do exercise book authors credit everyone from the hairstylist to their dog, but never give credit to the fitness models? Your name isn't mentioned in the book at all!

  • Hey Scott any tips on bulking and staying lean? I weight about 126 at 5"5 and sitting at around 7-8 % bf and i dont want to go over 9%, i'd like to get to around 140.

  • Hi Scott, I love your videos it taught me a lot. I have a question though. I have a friend who is very fit. He has muscles and everything, like you. yet he HARDLY does any cardio yet maintains great abs while eating pretty much anything he wants and still looks sexy. Meanwhile Im fit too but would constantly have to run to maintain my abs. What could I do to be able to be like him? or why do you think this is possible for him?

    Hey scot I was just wondering, this may be out of the blue, but whenever I do tricep extensions, either my shoulders or some joint, seems to *click* whenever I attempt them which kind of puts me off training my triceps at all, seeing that's the main method I would rely on seeing that I only have a bench and a pair of dumbbells handy, do you have any advice?
