@cuban970 Technically, yes. I used kicks for majority of the session to enhance the intensity of the workout. It's much easier to raise an arm than it is a leg!

i have a really important question. i read that the kinetic game came with a camer that connected to the eyetoy since if you only used the eyetoy your whole body wouldnt fit, is it true?? because i want to buy the kinetic
@jason854656 there's a camera attachment that came with eyetoy kinetic. it fits over the lens to make it take a wide angle view. if you buy it from gamestop or amazon make sure you verify that you are getting that piece included.

@jason854656 Ah, you are referring to the lense that comes with the camera. The lense is used to adjust the camera viewing just like the zoom feature on a camera is used. You can still fit your entire body in the moving zone of the eyetoy, but it depends on how big of an area you plan to play in. I highly recommend having the lense that comes with the game, as it helps a lot.
Hey! I've been watching videos of PS3 Move and it looks really good. Then I was watching videos of Natal, but it looks really bad. This video made me realise that Kinect is not that b....Oh! This is Eyetoy! The Sony version of Kinect, like 8 years before Kinect, and it's still better! No wonder I thought this was good! :D
@MarathonVeteran Hello and thanks for the comments! It's nice to hear that other people still use Kinetic, as it is a fun physical game, when properly setup. Even if just for the stretching exercises, it can be beneficial.
I am unsure if it will work on a PS3 however, but only because I have not purchased one yet. I can try to test it out with a friend's system though. Everyone around me seems to have one but me.
@mixjayb2k I think Sony decided to not bring this one unto the PS3, because they had lots of better titles they were working on at the time. This game released I believe before 2005. The PS3 version of the EyeToy is literally just like Project Natal, but the games feel more casual, and the hardware was in every PS3, unlike Project Natal and the 360, where you have to buy an entirely new Xbox.
@eathenicus True but that was the games when the playstation Eye first came out if you compare the games that we have seen for the 360 Motion controler to the games that have been seen for PS Move looks like there will be more Hardcore games for Move than the 360's Motion controller.
Honestly, these videos were recorded on my first and second runs of the exercises I did. I followed the entire program for 6 out of the 8 weeks and then stopped. Haven't had the space to play where I live at now. I used 100w lighting on both sides of me throughout most of the play for best performance, and was about 12~15 feet from the TV.
