ok and do u think ill be able to get use to the weight of the 2010 suzuki rmz250 which I think is 230lbs just coming off of a 2001 kawasaki kx125 which is 191.7lbs?

I dont recomend this bike ive got 1 with 50 hours on it and its sat in the shed needing a full engine rebuild which we got a quote of $4200! also ive heard the gearbox's arent the best but i do agree that they are a really quick bike and yes they are hard to start but if you can afford to maintain the bastards then its the bike for you:)

You're rippin! How does the 2010 pull on top? My 08 and my buddies 07 rmz has great low-mid but falls flat on it's face up top compared to the other 250f bikes. I'm sure with a pipe and some porting that should be fixed. I bet you love how the zuki handles/turns though.

@yamaha250Frider62 I would tell your brother to keep the 125, he can go just as fast on that(unless he is like at the pro level, you can always get faster on a 125), and he has good suspension and a light, inexpensive bike. This bike is really hard to start, it's heavy, extremely expensive to rebuild, you also have fuel injection, which isn't as easy to tune as a carburetor(although, it is easier to deal with altitude changes) and this bike does not have much top end. My friend has an 07
