  • Thx for the post!

the audio and visual does such a justice to the 'the nature you' says Carson to Chigurh.

Chigurh is not the guy, unlike most of us, who is looking for the light. He's looking for something more than that. I do not understand it, as of yet, what he's looking for. Do you?

  • i don't know, he doesnt seem crazy to me. the clips ive seen of him are basically how i'd go about doing things if I was in his position. he seems calm and rational, going about things in a methodical manner. true, he kills alot of people, but most had it coming, or had to die for his goals to be met.

if anyone in this movie is crazy, its that lewelen guy, for thinking he could steal millions of mexican and/or american drug dollars and get away with it. that much money is ALWAYS tracked.

  • i mean the nature of YOU...lol

  • "If the rule you followed brought you to this, of what use was the rule?" best existentialist line ever

  • so cool this movie is love to see Elpaso in the 70s

  • Man, this guitar is awesome!!! When you listen by heart, it just takes you to a beatuful place. Did you play this?

  • I have no words!

Ok.... I do .....That was fucking awesome! Nice work brother or sister! The guitar mix was spectacular! You are truly a talented person!

  • Very interesting editing...reminds me of those silent films they made in the 1930s.

  • Hey I love your use of speed in the editing - very unique. Well done. I am sure it will copied everywhere now.

  • I always thought he said - if the road that brought you this far...what use was the road?

  • What does Chigurh mean by the "rule"?

  • @mercmarc

I guess he means his moral principles...

  • @mercmarc these two are hitmen, they clearly have a dangerous job so they must set out some rules of survival, which chigurh does, hence his ruthlessness, but carson compromised himself but trying to make a deal with the guy they're after and now he's going to die because of it

  • its a shotgun that shoots needles.

  • Thank you for making this beautifully crafted video, friendo. ;]

  • Why did you put that music on the clip? and that song is not ASTURIAS, just for the record!!!

    TERRIBLE JOB!

  • Damn! Nice job!

  • very nice job dude!

  • why the hell did u put music when he was using the silenced shotgun?

  • one of the best baddasses ever

  • this vid is great! I need to make a vid like this with Nazareth's Hair of the Dog playing as the backing track!

  • what a fucking film,,,,,,,and as for the silenced shotgun lol,,,,,,what a fucking film.

  • is that a shotgun w/ a suppressor? that's different

  • Best Film Ever Made!!!!!!

  • "Carry me caravan take me away"

  • Stunning video, love the movie.

  • there will b a second 1 cause that guy got away

  • What a well worded and intelligent sentence, This man is clearly a genius and surely must be right.

  • haha, if he saz that on internet it must be true.

  • I like this video very much. Do you know who exactly playes these guitar pieces?

  • Well done man, i liked it

  • creative edit

  • That's one of the scenes that seriously freaked me out. The man who doesn't appear to be the type pleading for his life with the same "you don't have to do this" line does exactly that when faced with the maniac. Scary.

  • Excellent work

  • "Do you have any idea how crazy you are?"

"You mean the nature of this conversation?"

"I mean the nature of you"

    SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoo incredibley well written!

  • I totally agree. You quoted my favorite lines in this scene. Joel & Ethan Coen are Genius & this movie is a Masterpiece.

  • You people need to remember that Cormac McCarthy was the genius behind the story because he wrote it...

  • @Andrumaque i love the coen brothers too. but they didn't completely re-write the script or any thing. they actually took manny of the famous lines straight from the books. but of course they and the actors made them look and sound amazing

  • @Andrumaque Those lines are in the book, in fact most of the dialogue in the film is in the book

  • @Andrumaque cormac mccarthy owns those lines, the coens just borrowed them. you're right about the film it is a masterpiece my favourite coen film by some margin
