This is not Max Surban. This is Emil Loseñada and Dulce. Even though they sound similar Emil is a slightly better singer than Max Surban. They both go a little off key but Max Surban strains a little more.

It's a medley of 3 songs... and this is the voice of Emil Losenada (not Max Surban) ka duet ni Dulce.

This is true. The names of the three songs are Pasayawa Ko Inday (Ben 'Iyo Carpo' Zubiri), Pahaloka Ko Day and Paliton Ko Day. It first appeard of Dulce's Visayan album "Dulce sa Nga Awit Binisaya." It later appeared in Universal's very chintzy "Visayan Greatest Hits" compilation. "Dulce Sa Mga Awit Binisaya" was pretty chintzy too but at least it used real instruments. So many songs on Universal's compilation use ugly synth. The 70s were the best decade for music in the Phils.
