There's a constant blank spot the entire video, the left side of the stick could easily have a wire running down the side of the couch/chair round the back of the TV unit and into the rear USB input on the Xbox.

If someone was really trying to demonstrate a wireless stick, they would simply lift the stick up and give it a quick twirl.

Why wouldn't it be possible? A wireless 360 controller does exist. Using the same method used to create an arcade stick with the wired controller, you can easily create a wireless custom arcade stick.
