Nifty blitz style -- White mouses one move ahead, anticipating Black's move. For recaptures, White starts dragging so early that it looks like he's trying to "capture" his own piece -- saves half a second per move. Just takes confidence to commit to your next move in advance, and to replan in <1 second as needed.
Black's Nc5 drops a piece. bxc6 queens; Black could have resigned sooner.
