with the rampant AIDS on Africa do these militias even care about what they are getting themselves in? sounds like these militas have nothing to live for and are turning to a free for all since their time is limited. very little hope, and the Hutus and Tutus were killing each other in Rwanda and they still are? this rape has been happening for years from what I remember of news reports. Wheres the UN? useless as usual. too much exploitation by other countrys must not help the situation.
