at 13:44 they entered the bowser stage, and at 14:25 they were at bowser, so they used 41 seconds to climb that stage!

also they finished bowser at 14:54 so they used 10 seconds to beat him! amazing even with tools!

It's tool-assisted, so SDA wouldn't accept it. At TASvideos, we don't care about SDA's retarded out-of-bounds rule. If something can be done faster by going out of bounds, then we do it that way.

It's impossible to get past the 30 star door unless we either get 30 stars, or use the rabbit. Since the rabbit only required 15 stsrs, we use it.

I nkow TAS's aren't meant to show skill, but when you're running a game that has been destroyed as thoroughly as SM64 has it really is a show of skill, how well you can control the game even at these slow speeds and re-records.
