People need to remember that Josh is only 23 years old and has time to develop an depedable 15-18 foot jumper (the hawks need to draft or get a center in free agency and let josh operate in the post). Mike Woodson is mostly the reason why Josh and some of his teamates underachieve because he is terrible in developing plays to fit his players strengths and didn't take the time to develop his players properly (he refused to play most of his bench during the season while overworking our starters).
