The M5 has a quicker 100-200 time as well, the CTS-V taking 10 seconds, the M5 taking 9.1, not to mention the M5s 0-200 is also quicker - 13.5 vs 14 seconds.

The M5 also has a higher 1/4 mile trap speed (not time).

Was a passenger in a stock E39 M5 drifting on a track once, I will never ever forget that experience. It's the most incredible and brutal saloon imaginable.

It was coupled with some crazy exhaust which gave you goosebumps before you even set off. M3's compared to the M5 are just NOTHING.

umm first of all? the M5 does 0-60 in 4.2 seconds, and it can take 5 people 0-60 in that time, the Corvette can only take 2. The M5 is WAY heavier, can seat 5, and is a sedan if u haven't noticed. The ZR1, in addition to being lighter, has 138 more HP. (just a side note, since chevy is such a shitty company and can't even make good enough brakes to handle all that power, they had to borrow brakes from Ferrari). and the ZR1 cost over $100,000. boy, you sure know how to compare apples and bananas.
