This is a really, really, really good idea. It looks pretty sweet, and it's cheap-as.
Unfortunately, GW release their bases in plastic packs, now, they're not on a sprue.
I have a lot of these sprues lefto ver, from years of thinking "Yeah, this is blatently gonna be useful somewhere along the line", and you've shown me what to finally do with them, but at the same time, GW don't include base-sprues anymore, they're always in little plastic bags.
