  • How about showing it from more than one angle and maybe get closer than twenty feet away?

  • Basically, protraction and upward rotation of the scapulae. Used in push ups and overhead pressing regardless of implements, though limited in a bench press where the scapulae can't move as well.

  • Definitely not the "only" serratus anterior exercise. You can do the same thing in a pushup position. No bars/weights/equipment needed.

  • The secret to targeting the serratus is to find where it is pronounced in the animal kingdom. Dogs, horses. So, incorporate walking on all fours into a workout.
