  • You just need to Stoop in a little earlier and bring your feet to your face so you counter rotate. Stoop it out to handstand.

  • your supposed to pull your self to the bar panzy.

  • no your not,your supposed to keep open and then hollow as you reach the top of your tap,pull your self doing kovacs ,not dismount.

  • no your not your supposed to do most of your first flip over the bar and the force from your giants will pull you away.

  • you want your tap to release just above the bar,open shoulders
