i dont think the pen tool likes me i might make a video of me doing it but for some reason i couldnt get the stoke path to look like yours when i did it so i used another brush preset and when i did it made it look closer to yours but it wouldnt put color on any of the layer style options idk what im doing but any feedback would help.
