Spence is a sold out, built up practice that only takes cases from accident or big cases like car defects etc. No more Civil rights cases ever! Call his office, tell you them you have a 4th amendment rights violation from local police who illegally took your property (children) with no Court order! They will end the call quickly! Try it. get educated from the street level and quit believing all the crap you see, until you can properly research it yourself.
