  • Quiet as a churchmouse the entire time, too. Now THATS impressive!

  • why are armpits video in the suggestions section?

  • @MetaIhead89 but she has such nice armpits

  • DAMN man!!!! What is your secret???? You have such great form over massive weight its not even funny. You're a beast!!

  • B/O rows are one of my favorite lifts.. You are a beast man, 345lbs is crazy... I feel good hittin 225x5-6!

  • Nice. This stuff kills me at 200 LB.

  • Voila un Rowing parfaitement exécuté,pas comme pleins de vidéo que l'on peut voir sur le net.

  • wtf... even the pro body's only do that with about 225..... but you had great control very nice!

  • this is 2008....i cant even imagine what u must look like now with a workout ethic like this

  • Top notch form! Now that's real pulling power!

  • I made this evening exercise and feel like you are great;)

  • Very good achievement, clean, perfect!

    Nce job;)

  • he's doing it wrong, back needs to be a little more parallel with the ground

  • @mgpg61 Do you not see the size of this guy? I think it's working for him buddy, maybe you should watch your own form.

  • I'm for proper form and technique. He's just misleading other beginners how to lift weights. he is just a big dufus that does not know anything about proper form and proper technique. this is my form, go to

stronglifts.c o m under "how to master the barbell row"

  • @mgpg61 i've never heard ANYONE say you need to be more parallel to the ground that he is. He's doing it right. I would think more parallel than what he is would be to much strain on your lower back with that kind of weight.

  • He's probably having back problems because he's not doing it right. He should be resetting from floor and from a bench. I'm for proper form and technique. He's just misleading other beginners how to lift weights. he just does not know anything about proper form and proper technique. go here and watch the video

    h t t p://stronglifts.c o m/how-to-perform-the-barbell-row-with-proper-technique/

  • @mgpg61 but the way how he's doing is how i've been doing it for YEARS. Anything more would hurt because it's too much torque on the lower back, especially with heave weight. And that's also how i was taught. My point is that it IS proper for to do it that way. Especially if you're working upper back shoulders.

  • well you need to change if it hurts your back. your core muscles are weak. start over again with low weight to practice technique then gradually in time, increase weight. by the way who's hurting did you go to the website stronglifts.c o m? they preach proper form and technique. they might teach you a few things and change a few.

  • @mgpg61 i really dont need much advice on proper form but i appreciate your help. My core is strong, thats not the problem. I'm just saying that with the weight THIS MAN IS LIFTING, lowering your back to be parallel with floor would be dangerous to your lower back, seeing as your lower back is not made to hold heavy weight pulling from that direction. And no i didnt go to the site. but thank you for offering. In my opinion, he's doing the exercise correctly.

  • @mgpg61 reset on the floor not from a bench.

  • what is that fool doing in the background on the incline bench with 2 dildos in his hands

  • Yo Tommy, what's your age if you don't mind?

  • Tommy, I just want to commend you on your progress. I can remember seeing you out at the Gibson Fitness Center and being astounded at your strength and intensity in the gym. I don't think s place like that can accommodate you now. You have gotten too strong. Awesome work man.

  • Did anyone see the lady in back doing incline bench with 5 lb dumbbells ineach hand

  • @AdmiralAwesome911 she is doing the low weight, low rep routine

  • @AdmiralAwesome911 ha ha its funny i never see a women using more than 5lbs with db's they must think that the lesbians use 10lbs. at any rate

  • @AdmiralAwesome911 what do you expect from a girl?

  • @AdmiralAwesome911 she wants to tone up not get bulky.

    trollface

  • @AdmiralAwesome911 maybe shes been in a accident, who knows... dont judge :)

  • i love how there are guys on here still giving you advice like they're one of the biggest natural body builders in the world. Great set man. Thats insane strength.

  • hooooly shitt. that is one fuckin strong guy. my max on bench is 240 and this guys reppin 345. i could barley do 135 for 5 reps on bor

  • *bows in respect*

  • Dude, your control at that poundage is unreal. Nice job! :)

  • its not a bad form at all espicaly compaerd to the other ones in youtube but you should grip it with hands out if u want a better back workout

  • @muzimuzi just out curiosity, why?

  • @nabhanda well i just suppose u get some biceps work here and it lets u have a bit more ROM but it does not really matter - ignore that old comment
