I downloaded Creatures from a website at the beginning of 2000s that offered games like GTA in exchange of watching some ads. The box art was great (the egg). I never figured out that you had to teach the norms to eat. Whenever a norm got sick or was just disobeying me, I just injected it with everything and somehow it worked.

Everyone wanted the fuzzy ones and no one wanted the ugly purple scaley ones. What was that planet over to the right up in the tree, we always thought thats where the grendels were born. I played that game so much, it really brings back memories to hear that guys voice again. The feeling you get is fucking Epic. Kids will feel this way about Call of duty 4 I bet. lol!

Recently I was tidying out my cupboards and I found an old diary I used to keep when I was 8, about all the norns I had, and what happened to them. It even had family trees (some were very long) and it made me want to play it again so I went onto ebay and bought the creatures collection (all the games on one CD)- it's great, you should do the same :P
Someone converted the Boney Grendels for C3/DS. Look up the Boney Grendels in Creatures Wiki, and on the Boney Grendels Page, there will be a link for the C3/DS. I have them for C3/DS.
This game has a cool world and cute norns. I have C12DS (Creatures 1 to Docking Station). I have a windows Xp and creatures 2, but the installation window wont come up for some reason.
I plan on remaking Creatures 3 with a bigger world, 1024X768 resolution and the applets in panels like the ones in C3/DS. Hopefully I can make the best of both worlds.

It was realeased back in the 90's. You can still buy the game, though, along with 2 sequels through packs.
(Creatures Exodus is Creatures 3 and Docking Station, Albian Years is Creatures 1, which is this, and Creatures 2)
