  • Bellissima questa canzone e cantata magistralmente qui. Non la conoscevo prima di averla ascoltata in Star Trek Voyager, devo dire che sono rimasto molto colpito.

  • This song is incredible the depth and power of the song is remarkable, I am not a big fan of star trek I had it on the TV while I was doing something else and when I started to hear the singing I just stopped what I was doing and listened, this song in my opinion as far as opera goes is only matched by Nessum Dorma which is the greatest song ever made.

  • I love 1:04. That tone is so different, pavarotti et al's sequence doesn't sound like that. Would love to know if that is a certain key or special musical technique. Reminds me of another song with i don't know 'non-standard' tonal shift but I found that part of the song outstanding

  • Picardo sang most of the parts himself, so I wouldn't say "another"!

"I did all of my singing except for the second half of "Virtuoso." The Don Carlo duet and Rondino al Nido are voiced by an opera singer... Augostino Castellnano (I hope I spelled that correctly). He's a terrific guy. I simply couldn't sing high enough or well enough to pull them off, but I did my own singing in "The Swarm," "Tinker, Tenor...," "Renaissance Man," "Someone to Watch Over Me" and all the others."
