Beyonce' met him and said that he did it better than she did (a polite compliment on her part) but he tore it up. His name is Shane Mercado, and he was even on the Bonnie Hunt show for the accurate portrayal of this dance, which he performed. There's a few other dudes who can do it too. Try purple haze as well, but check Shane Mercado out. You will be amazed!
