she won't support a plan that would make budget cuts for schools, yet she'll support shutting down detroit casinos and the lotto, which bring in several million dollars a day for school systems and lay off over 7,000 people. also, instead of cutting funding down a little bit, her shutdown proposes to completely cease state funding of schools. can we say BIG fucking hypocrite?

Funny, but complete nonsense. You just don't cut SBT without having something to replace it (like the republicans did). Yeah, we have to find a tax that brings in about 2 billion, because that's what the tax revenue of the sbt was!
