some people need to understand that, when you do supersets, their is no rest when changing exercises but only between the whole supereset workout set. No talking, no explaining, it have to be direct switching otherwise is pointless.
because when you go all the way to your chest unless you are short you use nothing but shoulders at the end of your movements, I did not want to exhaust my delts and focus more on chest and triceps.
its just like someone doing pushups as fast as they can, except with more weight.. and its developing fast twitch muscles instead of slowtwitch.. you knowl...
@knewok well you should know how much % are slow twitch fibers in chest(of course its different for each person, but in general), and how much you can stimulate slowtwitch fibers to grow, compared to fast-twitch, especially in pectorals.
I imagine this workout could work only for begginers, and people who used 6-8 rep routines for their chest development (and even with them, most size would actually come from increased glycogen deposits in muscle, not the "real" gains).
ive tried like 20 different workouts and i never ever ever get a pain or burning in my chest, no matter what i do im not sore the next day.. UNLESS i max out everything like 10 times.. any tips?
failure with dips pushups chest flys and med ball pushups.. ill do like 20 sets of 25 pushups before i get tired.. with flys and everything and i never feel it the next day.. no matter what i do. its bullshit. i was doing like 600+ pushups an hour and still wouldnt be sore the next day.. not the least bit.. max pushups to max dips to max flys(30lbDB) 10 times is what im doing now and it kinda works.. im going to be putting videos up soon. then youll see

that is not correct, delts work all the way, and for full chest development, you need whole movement.
