cnh2132 is kind of right Raoh was taught hokutoshinken using the Gouken technique which is hard and strong Toki was taught the Juu-noken technique whic is soft and a countering technique that is why Raoh did not want Toki and Kenshiro to meet up the knew Ken would learn how to counter his might a healthy Toki could have beat Raoh that is why it was a draw fight the first time him and Kenshiro fought cause he watched Toki fight him first and learned his style

@nationalist19 You are not thinking this clearly. Sure we all like Rei, but against Ken-Oh/Raoh he had no chance of winning. Raoh could have used any other number of techniques that were at his disposal. If he would've dismounted, Rei probably would've been dead a lot sooner. At that point in the show, only a healthy Toki could've stand a chance against him, because of his great skill and speed. But Toki lost a lot of power since he got sick...

technically it ain't cheating.Sure in an honorable duel it would be, but this isn't one.It was a fight to the death (and a fight that serves as Rei's thanks to Kenshiro).Other than that, Raoh only wants to complete his ambition.
