  • *haha* The picture for "non-fiction" made me laugh :D

  • where the manga?;)it doesnt belong here?:(

  • when it said genki, it's from a thing

  • i learnt quite a few useful words thanks to this thank you! but in the future when creating the test yourself part of the video could you include more obvious pictures for the words? because sometimes i wasn't sure what word i was suppose to be recalling since some of the photos were so vague! thanks again!

  • just learned jiden & denki the other day, lol

  • i just have a question: i've seen jisho and jiten both used for the word 'dictionary', could you tell me which one is more correct/common? thanks~!

  • @mercatorblue good question

i've seen it written as 辞書, 辞典, and is some cases 字引 (jisho, jiten, & jibiki)

my guess is that they could be synonyms

ex. easy = simple or hard = difficult

  • @mercatorblue almost no difference in witten language. but in spoken language, jisho is better. because if you pronunce "jiten", it could be 辞典 or 事典. 辞典 means "dictionary", but 事典 means "encyclopedia".

  • @Kiradncjs uh brilliant but maybe next time look at the date before commenting.

  • very cool!! thankyou for making this!!

  • @250mxrider I think it's to learn the tonal stress. Japanese words have a stress based on tone that's difficult for other-language speakers to pick up straight away. I really appreciate that the word is repeated slowly.
