  • This is good made with plain yoghurt mixed half and half with mayo. I also add chopped green peppers, celery and green onions. IF you chop the peppers and celery really fine, kids won't notice.

  • I don't think Mayo is a "good" fat. I think you mean the Tuna.

  • Yes, tuna has good fats including omega-3 but mayonnaise has good fat too, especially when it's made with canola oil (a good source of omega-3 as well).

    Hope you enjoy the recipe!

  • w8... i have a question plz answer: how old do u have to be to eat tuna ((you said small chrildren and pregnet ppl)) [im 11] can I eat it a lot???

  • In 2004, the FDA and EPA advised women of childbearing age, pregnant women, nursing moms, and young children to avoid large predator like swordfish b/c of high levels of harmful mercury. They also advised limiting albacore ("white") tuna to one 6-ounce can a week. No limits were set for canned light tuna, considered a low mercury fish. It's fine to give white tuna to kids occasionally, but, if they love tuna and eat it a lot, choose the light variety instead.

  • why is there no seasoning?

  • Feel free to add any seasoning you like! Salt and pepper is often enough to bring out the flavor. The "dippers," including tortilla chips and fresh veggies also add a lot of fun flavors.

  • Hey, where's his homework?

Looks like a quick snack for Dad too.

  • Looks good. Thanks for sharing.
