hey hun, i just want to say you have done so SO well, keep it up! i too have been working out and lossing weight, i just wanted to post this msg becuase i saw the look on your face when you held your tummy and just thought i'd let you know, thats not fat, its loose skin and i have a magic cure for that as i to suffer from that.. its called guam seaweed mud and the tummy and mud based cream, its a bit expensive but its so worth it plus it has LONG lasting results, not used mine since early decm!

LOL this is TOO funny bc i've been on a weightloss journey too. i've lost 50 pounds and honey let me tell ya'.. last week sunday i ate one whole thing of oreos and one whole thing of chips ahoy over the course of two days and my trainer was so dissapointed.
i didn't know why i did it but i was craving it sooo bad! anyway, i still lost 3lbs so don't be discouraged. just know you will always have those times when you will crave certain things and perhaps backslide but keep it going!
WOW! That'll certainly satisfy a cookie craving! lol Well, we went to another Bar-b-q this weekend (yestderday) and I had two slices of cheese pizza and a few peach schnapps drinks....sooooo good! Well since everyone has an off week on occasion you shouldn't be too hard on yourself. you should be very proud of your great new figure! i've had a bad sweet tooth in the past so i've kinda trained myself to remember what too much sweets can do to you. when i see sweets now i think of diabetes. since i don't want diabetes it makes me want sweets less. don't know if that little trick will help you any. just thought i'd share! You can have sweets, just not too much High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS and it's in EVERYTHING from canned goods to potato chips), or any other refined sugar.

I've been a Martial Artist for 29 years. Over the years there have been many times when I just didn't feel motivated to go to the Dojo (school of martial arts in japanese). fortunately our Dojo is like one big family, and there are always people to motivate each other.
The point is this. Sometimes when you really don't feel like working out, THAT'S when you have the BEST workouts.
We ALL have set backs. We just need to regroup, and continue moving forward.
You are such an inspiration to me! Your weight loss has been phenomenal to say the least. I am living vicariously through you - I have been trying to lose 50 pounds off and on for the past 4 years. I just can't seem to concentrate long enough to do it.
You have shown me that it can be done - with hard work and perseverance. I'm very proud of you (and I don't even know you!).

Everybody has a bad week. I keep saying I will start a diet but I haven't and when I see you, and how you've lost 25 pounds in 15 weeks, it really inspires me! A pound is a pound. You look so good just get back on track and catch yourself now, and everything will be fine. You know what I just weighed myself at the gym yesterday and I weighted 153.8. Girl, no need to worry at all! You will lose that baby weight like it's nothing! I'm pregnant with my 3rd now (I'm 23 too! YAY us! LOL!), and losing the weight after my first and second was like a no brainer. All I did was walk and eat "healthier" (which meant more fruit/vegetables and water, but I didn't really take any food away). Oh, and I breastfed too. You burn 200-500 calories a day just by breastfeeding! I love, love, love breastfeeding! Give it a try! I promise you won't regret it! Best!

i doubt you've lost any muscle.
but no. 1, your metabolism is up, and i hear you saying this as i'm typing. lol.
and no 2. you've gained muscle mass since you've been doing this, and so your body i better at burning calories now. (more
exercise = more mitochondria in the muscles = body more efficient at burning calories).
