If its a company that builds things, they won't be able to compete with workers making 50 bucks a week - with no environmental & healthcare laws. Plus, multinationals don't pay taxes. It was not the Bush administration that forced high risk loans. Clinton signed through the anti-predatory lending rule, which forced loan conglomerates, mainly Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, to provide high risk loans in order to improve their portfolios in poor communities. That is what lead to our current economic situation, not Bush.
