omg amayzing... you go a famous musical that adults have spent months learning playing this and you see a kid do it perfectly i have no doupt that u futuer will be marless
I think you did great! Just in the first 50 seconds I tihnk it shouldn'y be played staccato. I have the sheet music and I know it says to, but I don't think it sounds as nice. :)
This isnt the complete version, the left hand on the sheet music I have for this isnt an adaptation like i assume this is. The real version has many more grace notes as well as larger left handed chords.
good job. So when you did this video you had only been playing the piano for 12 months. Your very good for such a short time playing. Well done. Keep it up.
btw to everone who is saying that they wish they could play instruments, its never too late. Never think that your beyond the stage and that its too late to start learning, after all, when is a bird too old to sing?
I'm just 13 and can also play Rondo Alla Turca, but, I play the piano since I'm 9, and sat there all day to studie that song. And I had to learn it for about 2 Month.
Technically very nice, better than I can, but I agree with fd3slover, while it is correct, the playing is too mechanical and lacks feeling. Still impressive though.
your too preppy when you play, i noticed your left hand isnt as high as your right, and its supposed to be in a claw shape. and you should play with more depth, like actually feel it, cuz it seems like your playing with no soul...
thats the right speed an there is supposed to be a lot of staccatos if you look at the music now one thing about this vid is that he has no soul put into it its lifeless
can someone please explain to me what piano "grades" are about? if someone plays grade 6 for instance, generally how many years experience of piano playing would one have?
at some places u needed 2 play a little softer! but 12 months?????????????? omg!!!!!!!!!! u will b the future evgeni kissin! or maby even the future glenn gould!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

u r VERY good. ive been playing for 4 years, since i was 6 and now im ten and all that i can do is the slower version of that and the advanced version of fur elise
I started playing piano two years ago, when I was 17, and I just learned this song, but haven't perfected it yet. You're never too old to start playing. =3
hi:) nice playing. heheh. i'm learning that too. Before, I was used to playing just the first part. But since, my our class in social studies will be tackling classical music, i was then motivated to finish this piece. yey ! haha
anywayy. u're aren't supposed to use the pedal with this piece right?
You know the original piece that Mozart wrote didn't have so many staccatos, but the publishing company for most versions of this piece thought it sounded better with staccato for most of it. Pity
Hey! Pretty damn good! Once you get it memorized you can increase the tempo a bit, but yours is still one of the best Rondo Alla Turca's I have yet heard on YouTube.
WOW!! I haven't heard dat song for a while now like 2 years r so!! GUD 4 U!!! at least u only hed had to perform it in front of a cam( i tink), i had to perform in front of tons of people when I was bout 11 r 12.just wait till u reach pro level it torture!!!
After just a year of piano lesson - Just amazing ! As a proud parent - as long as we 'try' to make it fun for them - its good idea to see your kids starting early and nurturing their talents - It will set them up with skills they can use later in life and as for now keep them away from trouble ... Well Done !
Since he is just practicing its understandable that he is play w/ out emotions, and below speed, cuz when you practice your supposed to practice slow, and slowly you'll get up to pace. I am learning this piece right now, and I have to say, good job... Better than I can do currently! =P But im getting there! Thanks for sharing your video!
if you play the piano for just a jear what did you espacte than dude ik play it 10 years hahaha :) do really think that you even would be good afther a jear you suck abbachris
I played this piece at your experience level too, but it took me atleast 2 weeks to get it the way you have it. And another 2 weeks to add all the dynamics, tempo, and just fix the over fluency. Keep up the good work!
Is it just me, or was the first two chords of the octaves part a little slow??...Is this his final product, like he's perfected everything (not everything, but most)?? Because it's all flat, there's no dynamics. I like his articulation though!!
Not to be mean or anything, but does he have a life at all that includes school and social activities? It'll be hard to learn everything, basics and all the techniques properly, in just one year unless you devote an immense amount of time.
Very nice. However, work a little on your trills. They don't sound quite as natural as the rest of the piece. It's all reshaping the hand. Work with your teacher on it. I usually trill with my third finger and thumb, to make it easier on the pianist. Why do you think Mozart put them in (hopefully not to make pianists perspire...;-))? Play them a little les mechanically, and the piece will be wonderful! Keep it up!
nice matthew, but some people such as i do not need piano lesosns to learn, but it would be faster,i also play the violin, flute, and of course the piano.Nice though Matthew, keep up the good work(P.S.,i think you are on the wrong octave)
