Dont really understand whats going on in this ? Revs hit 5500-6000rpm and cut ? Factory fuel cut is 7400rpm and chipped ECU fuel cut is 8650rpm (i have one of these in my GTi)...
I drive the same ECU as this guy and there is a function in it that shuts down ignition when you lift throttle from high rpm! So take your fingers out ya ears and listen dammed!

its called an adaptronic and some factory cars had that same option in their ecu's. they cutoff ignition when throttle is released above a fixed rpm point for economy & its easy for the engine. the rpm gauge is connect with the ignition signal wire, so when signal goes off so does the gauge. youre a real funny guy with no brains.. obviously you dont know shit about aftermarket ecus and the options of this one.. so stop talking trash!

@hoon247 couse best Torque power ends about 5000-6000 ,you dont have to rev the engine the turbo boost starts in lower rev.
