@JeDiSpartaN300 Well here's the thing, when I fought him the first time (with no prior knowledge to how the fight was gonna go), I had NO problems WHATSOEVER. He shields went up, so I just shot a portal under him. The thing with Phil is that only a few things can enter his mind at a time. He can think about one mechanic, but he forgets about the rest, and I've noticed this repeatedly throughout the playthrough. In this case, he's stuck on "Portal on floor and portal on panel."
