@Natarcy In the end shotos like Ken, Ryu, Akuma, Sagat will win more than all the other characters. These characters always have one more ace on their hands when fighting against a non-shoto character. It's still possible to win but unlikely.

@derBene you're just making excuses. almost all non-shoto characters have a dash move that gives them invincibility frames (especially abel), or you can focus dash. good players can punish fireball spamming like no other.
