I've spent so much time at the Florida beach floating around way out there in the water for hours at a time, and I don't think I was worried about sharks. Sometimes I saw fins in the distance or dark shadows in the water, but I wasn't worried because I've always been told sharks rarely mess with humans and if they did bite you they'd let go because they don't like the taste of our blood. Now after watching a few shark attack videos, I think I'll stay on the sand.
