Thank God this nightmare for Amanda and Rafaelle is over and done with. Thank God the media shone a light on the facts of this case and exposed the Italian prosecution for the witch hunt it always was. @c0uchp0tat0e1 one of the greatest problems of italian justice is the time , Murder trials are not so slow for the standard of italy.murders trials can last 2 or 3 years . some trials 5 or 10. some trial very big and complex even 15-20 years.the matter of slowness is that there ara bad resources in courts of justice(sometimes judges bring home the work),insufficient employee to work . cause we have corrupt governments(specially current of Berlusconi) and they don't give resorces to judges

No murder weapon? No motive? Meredith's room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor's theory is true. Moreover, it would have been impossible to remove all traces of evidence of Amanda and Raffaele while leaving all evidence (including DOZENS of DNA samples of skin hair, etc of Rudy!) of Rudy intact. It is not a question of "behavior after the fact". No one cares about the cartwheels. It is all other forensic evidence and all other overwhelming circumstantial evidence (known as corroborating evidence) that nail the 3 kids.

There are no other suspects and it is a well know fact that Guede did not act alone. It is well explained in the motivation report on first instance. Everything leads to them and ONLY to them. If she gets acquitted she literally got away with crime.

just for the record and to point out how absurd this case really is...the knife was not pulled from Amanda's apartment, but Raffaele's apartment where the prosecution claims they found Raffaele's DNA and Meredith's, none of Amanda's. The Independent COURT Appointed Expert's found the DNA the prosecution claims was Meredith's, was actually "bread starch". read on.....
